SS13-7 Days Meru/Sweetwaters/Nakuru/Maasai Mara

This safari takes north through Kikuyu highlands,where coffee, pineapple plantation.Meru National Park is geographically diverse park and a favourite of Joy and George Adamson (of born free fame).It is located in the low lands east of Meru town.Later,the following day you will visit Sweetwaters santuary.Lake Nakuru is famous for its pink Flamingos and many other types of birds. There are rare species of animals the white rhino and Rothchild giraffe among a wide variety of game ,lastly the climax of the safari is in Masai Mara reserve.The famous Masai Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain's game, black manned Lion , Leopard and Cheetah. It also has numerous elephants and virtually every type of Wildlife to be found in Kenya.

Day 1: NAIROBI /MERU NATIONAL PARK

0800 hrs proceed to Meru via the Kikuyu coffee and pineapple farm to arrive in Meru in time for Lunch. The park is geographically diverse and favorite of old safari hands Joy and George Adamson ( of Born Free fame) were based here. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Murera Eco lodge,Elsa Kopje, Murera Bandas.

Day 2: MERU
A full day game viewing in the park. Dinner and overnight at the Murera Eco Lodge,Elsa Kopje, Murera Bandas.

Day 3: MERU /SWEETWATERS
Depart after breakfast and drive west around Mt. Kenya passing through Nanyuki where you \could pose for a snap standing at the Equator. Arrive at the Sweetwaters tented camp in the private game sanctuary in time for Lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters tented camp, Mt. Kenya Safari Club.

Day 4: L. NAKURU
After breakfast leave for Nakuru National Park to arrive in time for Lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at L.Nakuru lodge, Flamingo hill camp, Sarova lion Hill Lodge, L.Nakuru Lodge, Mbweha camp.

Day 5: MASAI MARA
Depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve to arrive in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa lodge,Mara Serena lodge, Keekorok Lodge,Mara Safari club,Mara Intrepids,Mara Sarova camp,Mara Fig tree camp.

Day 6: MASAI MARA
Full day spent exploring this unique park which really forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. Meals and overnight at Mara Sopa lodge, Mara Serena lodge,Keekorok Lodge,Mara Safari club,Mara Intrepids,Mara Sarova camp,Mara Fig tree camp..

Day 7: MASAI MARA / NAIROBI
Morning game drive and after breakfast proceed to Nairobi to arrive late afternoon. Be dropped at hotel or airport
